Farewell Evening for a True Leader
On 31st August, we bid adieu to a distinguished officer and a remarkable human being, Sh. Ravcharan Singh Brar, PPS, Joint Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, Ludhiana. It has been an honor to celebrate his illustrious career and his incredible contributions to our police force and society.
Sh. Brar’s journey, from his schooling at Y.P.S Patiala to his extensive service in various pivotal roles across Punjab, including SSP of Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, Jagraon, Khanna, Ropar, and Bathinda, is a testament to his unwavering dedication.
His visionary leadership led to the establishment of the Women Armed Special Protection Squad (WASPS) in 2013, a milestone for gender equality in our force.We are immensely proud of his accomplishments, including two well-deserved DGP’s Commendation Disks for his outstanding work.
